If a reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in, 

– Pre-paid bookings: Fully refundable to the original payment method:

– Secured bookings: No charge will be made.

If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in, 

– Pre-paid bookings: The cost of the first night will be retained, the remainder of the reservation cost will be refunded to the original payment method

– Secured bookings: The provided payment method will be charged the cost of the first night’s stay..
