Thank you for your interest in redeeming your Mystery Envelope at The Malthouse. Here is all the key information, terms and conditions.

Dates & Times – You can redeem your envelope when you dine at The Malthouse between 12-6pm, Monday to Friday, until December 10th, 2021

What constitutes a visit – To redeem a mystery envelope, at least 2 people must dine, and spend a minimum of £10 per person. Only one envelope can be used per visit.

When can we use a voucher if we win one? – Vouchers, and the overnight stay, can be redeemed at any time until January 31st, 2022.

How to redeem – Present your unopened envelope when you receive the bill for your visit. A member of staff will then open the envelope at your table, and issue your prize. Please note that only unopened envelopes will be allowed.

What Can We Win? – There are 120 mystery envelopes being given away in the local area. Amongst these, there is a minimum of one of each of the following:

£50 voucher for future use
50% off today’s bill
£20 voucher for future use
20% off today’s bill
£10 voucher for future use
10% off today’s bill
Bottle of house wine on a future visit
Free dessert on a future visit
